Our old phone system has begun to struggle when we receive a high volume of calls, which impacts the service we provide to you. So what’s going to be different? In most cases, we’ll answer your call as normal, but if we’re attending to customers and can’t take your call, you will be given the choice of holding or leaving a message. Rest assured that we remain contactable during normal business hours and will call you back the same day if you leave us a message.
