Step into the charm of country craftsmanship on our August tour as we explore the traditional trades that shaped local life.

We begin at the Mount Pleasant Butcher, where you’ll enjoy a tasting of delicious smallgoods made with care and expertise.

Next, we head to the Lobethal Hotel for a satisfying lunch in a cosy hills setting.

Afterward, indulge your sweet tooth at the Lobethal Bakery, known for its comforting baked delights.

We end the day in Hahndorf with a visit to the Candlemaker’s shop, where creativity and tradition light the way.

A nostalgic day out full of flavour, skill and stories.

  • 9.05am – Bus stop 4, Rosetta Village, Maude Street, Encounter Bay
  • 9.10am – Bus stop 1, Stuart Street, Victor Harbor
  • 9.15am – Bus stop 7, Hayborough
  • 9:20am – Elliot Gardens, Montpelier Terrace, Port Elliot
  • 9:30am – Bus stop 12, Middleton
  • 9:40am – Seachange Village, Gardiner Street, Goolwa
  • 9:42am – Goolwa Ampol, Cadell Street, Goolwa
  • 9:45am – Goolwa Stratco, Hutchinson Street, Goolwa
  • 9:50am – Thornbury Park, Willmett Road, Goolwa Beach

We expect to start set downs in Goolwa at approximately 4.15pm, finishing in Encounter Bay around 5.00pm. McLaren Vale set down will be approximately 5.45pm.
