Is there anything better on a sunny day than cruising? Enjoying the dynamic river views of the Murray from the comfort of an air-conditioned vessel?
Today we’re travelling to the river town of Mannum to see how the Murray and river communities have recovered. On arrival, our first stop will be the Mannum Community Club for a delicious two-course lunch looking over the Murray. Then we join Chad and his friendly crew at Four Knots to see the changing river landscape on our 90 minute cruise!
The Four Knots vessel is perfectly sized to get close to the banks of the Murray and a highlight will be seeing the river birds up close as they come to the bow of the boat for feeding! Afternoon tea is provided as you relax on-board taking in the unique wildlife, spectacular cliffs and towering gum trees.
We are so looking forward to this trip in January – a special chance to enjoy the magic of the Murray and beat the summer weather, cruising the river in comfort! Come along and enjoy it with us.
We expect to start set-downs in Goolwa at approximately 4.30pm, finishing in Encounter Bay around 5:15pm. (McLaren Vale set down will be approximately 6.00pm.)

- 9.15am – Elliot Gardens, Montpelier Terrace Port Elliot
- 9.25am – Bus stop 12, Middleton
- 9.35am – Seachange Village, Gardiner Street Goolwa
- 9.37am – Goolwa Ampol, Cadell Street Goolwa
- 9.40am – Goolwa Stratco, Hutchinson Street Goolwa
- 9.45am– Thornbury Park, Willmett Road Goolwa Beach
